The lease model „Made by Techem“ offers a variety of services.
The leasing of the energy meters allows you, to acquire assets without capital tie-up. Only the installation need to be paid, the monthly lease rates for the meter starts with the supply and receipt of the meters at the site. In the frame of a lease contract we provide you with
- the monthly reading/billing services
- the regular monitoring of the devices
- the maintenance and operational availability
- a replacement of the meter in case of malfunction, free of charge
