The General Manager Hans Altmann joined Techem in January 2007 and build up the Dubai activities from the beginning. Hans Altmann spent more than 14 years in the water industry in Egypt and further five years in the entire MENA region. He knows the Middle East inside out. Hans Altmann studied business administration in Egypt.
