Techem installs the devices, reads the consumption data and on the basis of this, as a full service provider, Techem creates the invoices, which are tailored to the tenants and the owners of apartments by the administrators of the property. The main activities

• we read meters and heat cost allocators in buildings with communally used heating
• we then allocate the individual costs in a building in accordance with an agreed allocation formula
